I've been casually in the market for motorcycle leathers for some time now, but I think I may have to give these guys at Spartan Leather my business ASAP and get more track days in this season without renting. Custom-made suits with great reviews and great prices? Yes, please. And now they have a color customizer tool to play around with!

Wow, those are good prices... being an adventure rider as opposed to a sport rider I've always done modular armor, but some of those are cheaper than a good jacket and pant set! Also, their two-peice convertable touring suit looks really nice... why have I never heard of these people before?

Yea, this looks like an awesome deal, especially since the suit I'm looking at is a zip-off two piece so I could wear the jacket separately.

That's a really good question. I ride a sport tourer, but I only have a jacket (I wear jeans and armored calf length boots) as of yet, but this might have to go on the list of things to get.

I just noticed the jacket and pants are less seperately than as the suit...

I just don't know where I fit on their size chart, since the pants are in M/L/XL/XXL sizes, and the jacket is a tad small (If it's off chest size, I'm technically a 48)

EDIT: FOUND IT!

I have an ICON vented textile jacket that has served me well for almost 3 years now, and I like that brand a lot. I've heard good things about Speed & Strength as well.

I might just ave to raid the penny jar for one of these!. Now the question is do I get one with accents to match my bike or a neutral color that will last several bikes

Haha yes, I'm having the same thought process... helmet is black/yellow, bike is dark blue.

For me, Its a red/black bike and red/black helmet (just a coincidence based on a helmet sale) Part of me kind of likes having everything match, but on the other hand bright red is not the most common of colors... Unless of course I win the lottery and buy a Panigale.

I am lusting so hard after a white Panigale 899... just sitting there at the dealer, waiting for a test ride... But I definitely need a new car before a new bike.

I would just be terrified to ever buy a NEW bike, I like mine to have been dropped at least once by the previous owner. It gets me one hell of a deal, plus I know I'd be too afraid of damaging a pristine bike to ride aggressively.
